Born October 15, 1963. Todd is a graduate of Middleton High School. He earned his Sales and Marketing Degree from Madison Junior College of Business in 1984.

Todd started his Sales Career with Decker Supply Company as a Sales Representative from 1984-1986 then was promoted to Sales Manager from 1987-1989. Next, Todd moved on to Safe-Hit Corporation as a Regional Sales Manager from 1989-1995. Both companies sold highway safety products to State and Federal agencies. Todd joined Hanco Systems, Inc in 1996 serving as Vice-President of Sales until Hanco sold in 2002. Todd then moved on to the family's United Kingdom business to serve as Managing Director of the United Kingdom office from 2003-2004. The company sold to the Royal Bank of Scotland in June of 2004.

A resident of Fayette County since 1996. He lives with his wife Michelle and has three children Taylor (20) Abby (17) and Samuel (9). Todd brings enthusiasm and 20 plus years of Sales and Marketing experience to the Southern Crescent Lighting. His hobbies include golf, reading, traveling and BASKETBALL.

Born July 13, 1962 in Dodgeville, WI. T.J. is a graduate of Middleton High School. He earned an A.A. Degree from Madison Business College, and a B.A. in Management/Marketing from Upper Iowa University, along with several other graduate school courses.

After college TJ was a teacher at the Business College in Madison, WI. for ten (10) years before moving to Georgia and getting involved in the ATM business with other family members. Hanco ATM Systems became one of the largest distributors in the United States. TJ was responsible for all the sales training and marketing functions within the organization. In 1999 Hanco ATM Systems, also began an ATM Business in Europe, centered in Milton Keynes, England. The Hannon family sold their US Operation in 2002, and sold the European Operation in June of 2004. At the time of sale Hanco ATM Systems, was the largest independent supplier of ATMs in Europe.

TJ lives in Peachtree City, Georgia with his wife of 20 years, Christine, and their two children Keaton (15) and Brandon (13).

Bryan Clark is Vice President of Basketball Operations for the Southern Crescent Lightning. Mr. Clark grew up in the Chicago area and attended the United States Air Force Academy where he graduated in 1973. After spending six years as an officer and pilot in the US Air Force, Mr. Clark was hired by Delta Air Lines in 1979. In September 2003, he retired from Delta as a Boeing 727 Captain after 24 years of flying.

Mr. Clark earned bachelor degrees in History and in Engineering Management at the US Air Force Academy (1973) as well as an MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington (1983).

He resides in Peachtree City and attends Gracepointe Church. Mr. Clark is also very active as a coach and board member of the Peachtree City Youth Basketball Association. He is married to Patty and has four children: Jessica, Jennifer, Brianna and Michael.

Bryan’s passions are God, his family, basketball and golf. He wants to make a difference in the lives of young people.

John H. Bailey, Jr. is the current head basketball coach and general manager for the World Basketball Association’s (WBA) Southern Crescent Lightning. John has been coaching basketball for almost 12 years. He has worked extensively with the United States Air Force basketball team, as well as with professional, college and youth athletes. Prior to joining the Lightning, John was the head coach for the United States Air Force Men’s Basketball Team (2005), the assistant coach for the WBA’s Macon Blaze (2004), and the assistant coach for the All-Armed Forces basketball team (2004). During his time with the All-Armed Forces basketball team, the team captured the gold-medal in the Annual S.H.A.P.E. basketball tournament.

John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Fort Valley State University, Fort Valley, Georgia. Prior to attending Fort Valley State, he served his country as a member of the United States Air Force. While in the Air Force, John was a member of the All-Air Force basketball team for ten years and a member of the All-Armed Forces basketball team for seven years. In addition to playing basketball for the Air Force, John played at the University of Wisconsin-Madison for four years and the Central Basketball Association’s Wisconsin Flyers for a year.

He currently lives in Warner Robins, Georgia with his wife of 21 years, Debbie, and their two daughters, Porscha (20), who currently runs track at Georgia State University and Jayla (6). John’s hobbies include golf, basketball, supporting his family, and coaching. With a strong religious background, John believes ‘to whom much is given, much is also expected’.

Rev. Dayne Massey is pastor of Gracepointe Church, located just south of Peachtree City, where he resides with his wife, Lisa, and his daughter Lydia. He is a graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center, and has been in full-time ministry since 1990. Over the years he has served in various ministry roles such as associate pastor, minister of music, and youth pastor.

Since pioneering Gracepointe Church in 1997, the church has seen great growth and has touched many lives in the Fayette community and around the world. Through weekly services, mission outreaches, various media outreaches such as internet and television, powerful children and youth ministries, and Gracepointe Café, the church continues to transform lives and advance the kingdom of God.

Rev. Massey has an intense desire to see people reach their full potential in God, being transformed by His power and transforming the world around them.
